Why are app or new contact additions not showing up

Most often the reason is that the child or you have a poor connection and no access to Wifi. Try moving the parent phone or the monqi child phone to a place with better connectivity. 

However, in very busy periods it can take up to 5 min for an approval to come through. You can also try refreshing the app.
