If for some reason you are not receiving the notifications or location data, it may be a good idea to log out and then back into the parent app. This will clear any pending data and refresh the app.
- On your parent app click the menu (three bars) in the top corner.
The menu may be on left or right, depending on your device. - Choose Settings at the bottom of the list.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap SIGN OUT.
- Now tap Sign in in the lower part of the screen. Enter your phone number and password.
You can also use your fingerprint or Face ID if you have set up previously.
Check for an updated location on the Map or view the Notification Center for new notifications.
