Receiving notifications

In order to receive notifications on your monqi parent app; you must have enabled notifications for monqi. Here is how you can ensure it is enabled: 

Android: When NOT in the monqi app click Settings, choose APPS, Choose monqi, choose Notifications - here ensure you have enabled notifications. 

Apple: Click Settings, choose notifications, find Monqi and ensure you have enabled notifications.
